the intense color shows the presence and richness in essential oils; the leaves are whole; very low content of impurities and powder.

the cold grinding (by stone mill) allows to get a very fine powder rich in essential oils.

the lighter color shows a lower content of skins and impurities. In fact the core of pepper grains (where you can find essential oils) has a very light color. OUR PEPPER IS ALWAYS GROUND IN OUR FACTORY FROM THE NICEST BERRIES.

rich consistency and brown color mean high quality of the goods, absence of impurities and of additives (like starch) which can be found in the goods imported from origin in ground form. ALWAYS GROUND ONLY IN OUR FACTORY.
